Donate Masks Against Coronavirus Disease

The outbreak of the new coronavirus in 2020 affected the entire population of Hong Kong. He Hsin Long Group responded by importing thousands of masks and alcohol hand sanitizers from overseas to supply to customers and donate to various charities for distribution to the elderly. These efforts extended to hospitals, senior centers, and disadvantaged groups, supporting those in need in their fight against the disease.

Volunteers

Since 2018, He Hsin Long Group has been a proud supporter of the “Sik Sik Yuen Humanitarian Community Care Programme”, focusing on serving those in need in the Yau Tsim Mong District. We have organized volunteer teams to visit elderly individuals living alone, helping them with repairs to their facilities and appliances to ease their burdens and improve their living conditions.

Hong Kong Star Brand 2019 Award

He Hsin Long Group is honored to have received the "Hong Kong Star Brand 2019 Award - Enterprise" in November 2019. Organized by the Hong Kong Small and Medium Enterprises Association, and co-organized by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council and the Hong Kong Productivity Council, this award recognizes outstanding SME brands in Hong Kong.
In 2020, we were further recognized as a member of the "Best SME’s Award 2020" in the annual election by The Hong Kong General Chamber of Small and Medium Business. These accolades are a strong encouragement for the Group, motivating us to continue delivering excellent services and quality products to our customers.

Through our partnership with Longevity Design House, He Hsin Long Group strives to reduce the renovation burden on the elderly by offering discounts or even providing materials for free. We are committed to supporting the retirement community through meaningful contributions.

From Charges on PSB to Donation

All proceeds from plastic shopping bag (PSB) charges collected at our stores are donated to Orbis and Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) to support their impactful humanitarian work.

Charter on External Lighting

Protecting the environment is a shared responsibility. In light of the growing issue of light pollution in Mong Kok and Wan Chai, He Hsin Long Group leads by example. As a participant in the Charter on External Lighting initiated by the Environment Bureau, we are committed to reducing non-essential lighting for marketing or advertising purposes between 11 pm and 7 am. This effort aims to restore the natural night sky and minimize the impact of light pollution on neighborhoods and pedestrians.
